Relocation Assistance

The Rental Source is at your service when you need to locate a rental. We can act as your designated agent to locate the rental you want. Here's how it works:

• You'll work with TRS representatives to determine your needs, and discuss how our services work.


• You'll complete a Rental Application and pay a processing charge (includes credit reporting).


• A Tenant Presentation Package will be created to better introduce you to prospective landlords.


• The Rental Source then begins a search for your rental.


• When we have located acceptable rentals, you and the TRS representative will tour the properties!

Tenant Relocation is for you if your time is too valuable to search for a rental on your own. We do it all for you. We can also help you with the following:

• Corporate Relocation is our service to you if you are being relocated by your company (or if you are Human Resources directo in need of housing for your personnel).


• Short-term Rentals will assist you to locate a rental for a limited time duration.
