Property Management
With full Property Management, the routine, day-to-day responsibilities of your rental are overseen by the Property Manager. Rent collection (and deposit to client trust account), accounting, tenant communications, and repairs are handled by The Rental Source. Management includes:
- Rent collection
- Accounting
- Mailing of statements via US mail (snail mail) or email
- Owner payment
- Maintenance and repair (as necessary)
- Tenant communications
- Repairs to a predetermined threshold amount
- Move-in and Move-out walk throughs
Full-Service Management: fees normally range from 6% to 10% of gross collected rents, depending on complexity of property.
