Leasing Services
 We perform ALL steps of the rental process to get your property rented at market rent. Here is a summary of what we do:
- Consult with you to ensure you get "market rent".
- Digitally photograph and display available properties (with details) on the world-wide web.
- Advertise effectively and show you ways to maximize income.
- Respond promptly to all interested prospective tenants.
- Show available properties up to 7 days per week.
- Screen tenants thoroughly and strictly (complete documentation and background check).
- Draw the lease, get it signed, and move in the tenant.
Charges for Leasing Service: Fees range between 60%-72% of one month's rent (this can also be called 5% to 6% of annualized rents). Certain additional expenses may be charged to property owner depending on the agreement. Short-term or Furnished leasing charges may vary from these figures, so call our offices for further information.
Free Customer Support! During the duration of term of your lease, The Rental Source offers after-transaction customer support at no charge to landlord. Should some special problem or need arise, simply call our offices and ask for the Property Manager.
