Applying To Rent

So that we may rent to you, we must run your credit report. The fee for a credit report is $20 per applicant. Here’s how to do it:

1. Click Here to view a PDF version of our rental application, fill out & print. Complete the application and make sure that all information is legible. On the application, specify which property you are applying for (Very Important!).


2. Get the application to us:
   • Fax the Signed application to our office at 415.558.9980
   • Mail or deliver to our office: TRS, 2013 16th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.


3. Pay application fee:
   • Via PayPal online
   • Mail or deliver with application: TRS, 2013 16th Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Approval Guidelines for Applicants

• Gross Household Income should equal or exceed three times the rent amount
• Each Adult Tenant-occupant must provide a completed application and pay a $20 application fee - Note: Applicant’s signature must be on application, giving consent to run credit
• Must provide proof of income, copy of identification
• References must check-out affirmatively

We are unable to process rental applications until application fee is received.
